Sr. Pastor/Apostle Earl Palmer has founded “Taking It Back Ministries International”, a ministry that trains and equips individuals to take back all that the enemy has stolen. Taking It Back Ministries International oversees churches in Norristown, PA and Baltimore, MD, as well as Brand New Life Church of God, Jamaica, which he established in March of 2010 in Kingston, Jamaica. Apostle Palmer has a calling upon his life to plant churches internationally, and to aide Pastors in establishing and maintaining order in the Church. Pastor Palmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University. He has attended Jamison Bible Institute, The Center for Urban Theological Studies, Christian Research & Development Institute, and Covenant International Institute.
